We are excited to have you and your furry friend(s) stay with us at our pet-friendly retreat in New Orleans. Before you make a reservation, please take a moment to review our Terms and Conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for you and your pet(s).

1. Reservation Policies:
– All reservations must be made in advance. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability.
– Changes to your reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled arrival will result in a forfeiture of your deposit.
– A full refund is available if cancelled by 12:00pm the day before the service begins. 12:00pm is determined by the sitter’s time zone.
– If cancelled later than 12:00pm the day before the service begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 cancelled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days.

2. Pet Policies:
– All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and must be free of fleas and ticks.
– Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier while in common areas and must be supervised at all times.
– Paws and Cuddle reserves the right to refuse accommodations for reasons implied by the owner.

3. Payment Policies:
– All major credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of check-in.
– Additional charges may apply for extra services or amenities requested during your stay.

4. Property Policies:
– Paws and Cuddle Pet Retreat is a non-smoking property. 

5. Liability:
– Paws and Cuddle is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their property while on the premises.
– Guests are responsible for their pets and any damages caused by them.

6. Amenities and Services:
Paws and Cuddle provides a range of amenities and services for both guests and their pets. These include:
– Pet bathing services
– Pet daycare
– Pet daycare
– Drop-in visits

7. Privacy Policy:
– Paws and Cuddle respects the privacy of its guests and their information. Any personal information collected during the reservation process will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Terms of Use:
– By making a reservation at Paws and Cuddle, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules and regulations set forth by the retreat.
